Horace Durant was the man tasked with taking a census of all the living descendants from the 1870 annuity for the purpose of paying a judgement of $131,188.94 awarded by the Court of Claims in 1907.

Put 2229933 in the box for Film/Fiche/Image Group Number and enter. Then click on the result. On the next page, 2229933 is the payroll, 2229934 is pages 1 thru 25 of the Durant Roll, 2229935 is pages 26 thru 57, and 2229936 is pages 58 thru 65 plus the correspondence. Click on the camera image to the right of each film number.
