George married Victoria Mousse, the daughter of Alexander Laurent Mousse and Henrietta Pokagon on 18 Dec 1854 in Cass county, Michigan. Alexander was the son of a French father and Odawa mother. Henrietta was the daughter of Chief Leopold Pokagon
