Rev. Peter Dougherty's school register of 1842 lists Oge-mah-ge-ge-do, age 10, entered school in 1842, knows A B Cs.  

[Who is this? Thomas was listed on the 1839 annuity roll, so at least age 21, and with an assumed wife, although she could be his widowed mother. A child born in 1832 would be counted with his parents.]

Son Moses was said to be born in 1851 [from the Durant roll] or 1853 [from the 1870 census].

Thomas Ogemahgege was baptized 20 Jun 1852 by Rev. Peter Dougherty. Son Enos / Kahmenotageza was baptized the same day.

Thomas probably married Mary Ann / Wah-sa-yah in 1853. [Her death says she was born in 1833 and married at age 20]

He remained chief of this band until 1868 when Tay baw se ke zhick was listed as chief on the 1868 through 1872 payments rolls.
