Genoa Indian School

The Indian Industrial School at Genoa, Nebraska was complete in 1884 and operated until 1934.


The 1900 Federal Census shows no students born in Michigan.

The 1920 Federal Census only lists staff - none from Michigan

1930 Federal Census finds one Native staff member born in Michigan - Bernard Topash, 29, is a junior clerk.
