The within list of lands selected by Chippewa Indians of Saginaw, Swan Creek and Black River, in the State of Michigan under the third article of the treaty between the United States and said Indians concluded Octobr 18, 1864, is hereby approved and respectfully submitted ofr the approval of the Honorable Secretary of the Interior.
